They totally mark up the restaurants prices with no value add.

I placed an order for pickup not realizing I was ordering through an app that wasn’t the restaurant’s app. When I arrived to pick up my order I was looking at the menu at the counter and realized that seamless has jacked up the prices on most of the menu. Two of the items that I ordered were marked
Up $4 and $5. So in total I grossly overpaid for food that I was driving MY car and using MY gas to pick up. Had I known I never would have used this service and would have called the restaurant directly. I will never use seamless or grub hub again.

Drivers Routinely Steal Food

So, so awful. This business is in need of some serious help. I have stopped using them altogether because I kept having drivers steal my food- they would just mark it as "delivered" without so much as driving by or calling me. When I tried to reach out to them, radio silence. Seamless always credits me for the food, but it doesn't address the fact that a bunch of time was wasted and then I am left without food. There is no accountability for the drivers, as this has happened several times. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service terrible terrible company

If you get locked out of your account it's impossible to get in touch with customer service - as you cannot connect with them unless you log in first but - if you can't log in then you're screwed and their stupid company will keep emailing you and there's no way to unsubscribe

Ordered from a neighborhood restaurant

Ordered from a neighborhood restaurant. Received an email with an ETA of 45 min. Waited with no results. I logged back into the order and was informed the order was cancelled. Called the restaurant and was told the salad has been sitting there. I had to pick it up. No Phone Call From Seamless.

This company is worthless,will not…

This company is worthless,will not refund my money,very rude,customer relations are bad,they gave me a 25 food credit will not honor it,they need to be reported to the BBB,IM ADVISING the public to boycott and do not hesitate they don't care about there customers, just making MONEY

I used seamless to order food for my kids we got the food and it was disgusting so i asked for a refund of over $65 and they refuse! Never use them again! Or wendys

Never received my food. Driver wouldn't call me back. Never ever use those guys! They are shady and steal your money!

Seamless is protecting bad restaurants

Seamless is protecting bad restaurants. I have written several reviews over the last few months, almost exclusively negative ones, for restaurants screwing up orders, unilaterally adding additional charges the next day, cold food, late food, wrong food, etc.

When I go back to look, the restaurant only has a star rating and no written reviews are visible.

Why is Seamless protecting the bad,dishonest, incompetent restaurants on their platform?

The baddest experience ever…

The baddest experience ever…
I order delivery to my hotel… it was just delivered on a table just inside the door…
All other delivery company’s come to the room
Or at least to the reception
Sorry but this is not okay.
I can only say when you have the chance to choose any other company than seamless do it…

Terrible

They often cancel by order without warning. They offer no explanation and then wait 3 days to credit my credit card. It is very frustrating.

Is Seamless a scam or a legit company?

A:

Absolute scam. Do NOT waste your money! They have a "tracking" system to show when your food gets "delivered" but when it shows "delivered" there's no delivery in site. Had to call them after two hours to find out they couldn't contact my delivery driver and then seamless decided my order never even made it to the restaurant. Still waiting on a refund. What a joke of a company.
